Declan: Okay, let’s start with how old are you and what grade are you in?
Cullen: You are my brother. You can put that in without asking me.
Declan: Alright, so age is 12, and you are in 7th grade. Next, what TPS classes are you taking this year?
Cullen: English 1 Lit and Comp Journeys and Quests.
Declan: Here is a fun one, if you could be any super hero, who would you pick?
Cullen: Spiderman because I really like him, and I could swing around on webs.
Declan: Where do you live?
Cullen: You know this one. Why can’t you answer the ones you know?
Declan: Fine, you live in southern Georgia, the state, not the country, and I’ll answer the sibling question. You have one older brother: me. For pets, which of ours do you count as your pet?
Cullen: Daisy Mae and Galloway are my pets.
Declan: One full blood Great Pyrenees and one Dexter cow. Galloway sounds like an odd pet doesn’t he?
Cullen: Yeah, kind of.
Declan: What is my next question? Oh here it is: do you play any instruments and how long have you played them?
Cullen: Banjo, and I have been playing for about three months now.
Declan: What are some things on your bucket list?
Cullen: I want to try being a rodeo clown, scuba diving, being a pyrotechnic or stunt person on TV, and kicking a bucket but I have already done that.
Declan: What are some things that you’ve already crossed off of your bucket list?
Cullen: I have ridden a camel, fed alligators, ridden in the back of a police car, been to jail (several actually), ridden shotgun on a western stagecoach, and driven a tractor.
Declan: Hopefully, I won’t have to explain the police car and jails to anyone. Let’s get on to the next question: what are some of your hobbies?
Cullen: Airsoft, drawing, riding bikes, reading, I already said banjo, puzzles, swimming, building airplane models, going to the beach, going to the candy store, playing with transformers, and taking things apart to figure out how they work then putting them back together again.
Declan: Next let’s do favorites: foods, color, animal, book.
Cullen: Pizza, rocky road ice cream, blue, the song Hunters of Kentucky, dogs, coffee, Take Me Home Country Roads by John Denver, Jell-O, and winter.
Declan: What is your favorite Bible verse?
Cullen: Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of god.”
Declan: Now, say some of your least favorites.
Cullen: Cheese, mosquitoes, fire ants, the baby shark song, licorice, wasps, nails on a chalkboard, and wet dog smell.
Declan: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you pick?
Cullen: Somewhere on Earth.
Declan: Okay, Mr. Smart-Alec, what is your favorite sport?
Cullen: I don’t really have one but probably baseball, basketball, or soccer.
Declan: Who is someone you want to be like?
Cullen: I don’t know, maybe Curly from the Three Stooges. Nyuk nyuk nyuk!
Declan: Why him?
Cullen: Because he’s funny.
Declan: Would you rather visit an island or the mountains for vacation?
Cullen: The mountains because when I am in the mountains, it just makes me feel good.
Declan: Any other random stuff you want to share?
Cullen: I like tongue twisters like Catapultanaugahikawallawallarickitikianapoodloodlakastanvilletown from the Slugs and Bugs song.
