Mercy: HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYON- And you’re back. Sir George Chalupa Nickelback Frederickson CCLXLIV. Of course you’re back.
Sir George Chalupa Nickelback Frederickson CCLXLIV: How many times do I have to tell you, just call me Fred. And there’s no need to be rude.
Joshua: Well, there’s no need for her to be rude, but there is for me. You stole $100 from me and never gave it back.
Fred: I gave it to your sister. I don’t know what she did with it.
Mercy: I already told you, you’re not getting it back.
Micah: Hey, so, uh, when were you planning to change me back into a human?
Fred: I thought you wanted to go to the Lost Cities.
Mercy: Wait, if we can actually go to the Lost Cities, can you turn me into an elf? I totally wanna see Havenfield.
Kara: Yeah, me too.
Mercy: And Everglen and Foxfire and…
Joshua: Woah, before you guys go to Haven-glen-fire or whatever, we need to get to the interview. Seriously, am I the only one who knows how this works? Alright, age, grade, and let’s mix it up a bit and go with siblings.
Kara: I’m 12, in 7th grade and I have 4 siblings. From oldest to youngest Edward, me, James, Grace, and little Isaac. He’s 4.
Isaac: Hewwo.
Fred: So where do you live?
Kara: Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Joshua: Ah yes, I remember living there. That was where I first started TPS. Speaking of which, what TPS classes are you taking?
Kara: English 1: Journeys and Quests, Grammar Supplement, and Art and Artists.
Joshua: Nice, what’s a fun fact about you?
Kara: Well, I have friends in 4 different continents.
Mercy: If you could sum up yourself in 3 words what would they be?
Kara: Busy, funny, and pleasant.
High voice: Intriguing.
Joshua: Woah, who are you?
High voice: My name is Esmerelda Enchilada Armadillo Frederickson, but just call me Ez.
Joshua: Wait, Fredrickson. Are you and Fred married?
Ez: Yes, indeed we are.
Mercy: Huh, I wonder what a llama wedding looks like.
Ez: Oh, it’s quite interesting, I’ll tell you about it another time. So, Kara, what about your talents?
Kara: I can play piano.
Ez: What about your hobbies?
Kara: I like biking, dancing, cross-stitching, and art.
Joshua: Woah, hold up. How do you know all the questions?
Ez: Fred gave me the list that he stole. Anyway, Kara, what do you do on New Year’s Eve?
Kara: I usually go to a friend’s house to play games then come back and stay up till midnight.
Ez: Fun.
Mercy: Alright people, stop stealing my spotlight. This is my article, let me ask the questions. Kara, if money was no object, what would you do all day?
Kara: I would go with friends to a Thai cooking school.
Mercy: Oo, sounds fun! Can you list some of your favorites?
Kara: Purple, deer, chicken pot pie, christian and classical music, and puzzles.
Mercy: What about your favorite Bible verse?
Kara: Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Mercy: Beautiful. Who’s someone you want to be like and why?
Kara: Ruth from the Bible. She’s kind and was willing to leave everything for someone she loves.
Joshua: Well, great. I’ve got to get back to college. So goodbye (proceeds to jump out the window onto a laser-shooting pigeon).
Micah: I want a laser-shooting pigeon now.
Kara: Don’t we all.
Mercy: Well I think that’s it. Thanks for coming in today. Sorry for the llama craziness.
Ez: Um, excuse me, we’re not crazy. If anyone’s crazy it would be you all.
Mercy: Well, true. Alright, bye everyone!
(Everyone leaves the room)
Micah: Um guys? I’m still an elf.
Fred and Ez: (evilly laughs)
